                  On the occasion of 28 June – St Vitus Day, patron saint of 3rd Infantry Republika Srpska Regiment of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina, please accept my sincere best wishes.

I expect you will continue to keep and develop the brightest of traditions of the Army of Republika Srpska as a constituent part of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina and contribute to peace and stability in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Moreover, I wish for you to continue the started reforms of the Armed Forces of BiH in accordance with the European standards and processes which await BiH on its path of Euro-Atlantic integrations.
