State of Qatar Emir Sheihk Hamad bin Khalif Al-Thani and his wife Sheikh Mozah bint Nasser Al-Missned will officially be visiting Bosnia and Herzegovina, on Wednesday, July  21, 2010.

Visit Protocol:

11.30   Arrival of State of Qatar Emir Sheihk Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani and his wife Sheikh Mozah bint Nasser Al-Missned, accompanied by their delegation, at the International Airport Sarajevo

***Accredited camera-operating teams are to be at the Airport no later than 10.00 hrs.

12.10   Formal welcoming ceremony at the Konak residence

12.30   BiH Presidency members meeting with the State of Qatar Emir

***The beginning of the meeting (tête-à-tête) will be open to camera-operators and photo-reporters

12.55   Meeting between the state delegations of BiH and the State of Qatar

***The beginning of the meeting will be open to camera-operators and photo-reporters, and a press release will be issued after the meeting.

14.00   Agreement signing ceremony between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the State of Qatar:

- Agreement between the Bosnia and Herzegovina Council of Ministers and the State of Qatar Government on avoiding double taxation and fiscal evasion prevention in respect to income tax

- Protocol of the 2nd session of the Joint Committee on economic, commercial and technical cooperation between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the State of Qatar

ATTENTION: We kindly ask the camera-operators and photo-reporters to be at the Konak residence no later than 11.00 hrs, and reporters to be at the Konak residence no later than 13.00 hrs.
