The Presidency of BiH takes stance against the police station terrorist attack in Zvornik

The Presidency of BiH calls for all authorised police and judicial bodies at all levels to work together, and in coordination conduct detailed investigation urgently, with the aim to fully clarify and establish all circumstances surrounding the criminal act that was conducted, including the motives of the attack, as well as possible accomplices in the conduct of this criminal act.
1. The Presidency of BiH strongly condemns the terrorist attack on the police station in Zvornik last night.

2. The Presidency of BiH offers deepest condolences to the family of Dragan Đurić, who was killed in fulfilling his duty, and expresses hope for a speedy recovery of Željko Gajić and Stevo Milovanović, who were wounded in this attack.

3. The Presidency of BiH calls for all authorised police and judicial bodies at all levels to work together, and in coordination conduct detailed investigation urgently, with the aim to fully clarify and establish all circumstances surrounding the criminal act that was conducted, including the motives of the attack, as well as possible accomplices in the conduct of this criminal act.

4. The Presidency of BiH considers these attacks to be a threat to security, constitutional order and international position of Bosnia and Herzegovina and its citizens.

5. The Presidency of BiH requests from the judicial, police and intelligence and security agencies to undertake all necessary activities and measures to prosecute and severely sanction all persons who are advocating or preparing such criminal acts, as well as all persons who are in any way connected to such criminal acts.

6. The Presidency of BiH calls for the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina to remain calm and restrain from any activities that might lead to inter-ethnic or inter-religious provocations, incidents or raising of tensions.
