BiH Presidency held its 74th session and made decision to accept agreements and designate signatories for:
-Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Croatia on cooperation in the field of information society and electronic communication (telecommunications),
- Framework Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Council of Europe Development Bank for building a state prison,
- Agreement on air transportation between Bosnia and Herzegovina Council of Ministers and the State of Kuwait Government,
-Agreement on cooperation in the field of tourism between Bosnia and Herzegovina Council of Ministers and the State of Kuwait Government,
- Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina Council of Ministers and Federative Republic of Brasil Government on partial visa abolishment,
They made decision to start procedures for conducting negotiations in order to reach:
- Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Croatia on financing and drafting a main project, as well as for taking environmental evaluation administration procedures, acquiring location permits, approvals and building permits for the project - Restoration and modernization of the Sava river waterway from Račnovci to Sisak,
- Annex II to the Memorandum of Understanding for establishing the Fund for Public Administration Reform between the United Kingdom, Kingdom of Sweden, Kingdom of Norway, European Union Delegation to BiH, BiH Federation Government, Republic of Srpska Government, Brčko District Government and BiH Ministry of Finance and Treasury,
They made decision to ratify:
- Finance Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Commission of the European Communities in respect to the multi-user program 2B, for the projects requiring finance agreements within the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance in 2008,
-Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Croatia on reviewing the Agreement on mutual execution of judicial decision in criminal matters,
- Finance Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the European Investment Bank - Loan of the Republic of Srpska Investment and Development Bank for Small and Medium Enterprises,
- Loan Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) - Access enhancement for financial projects to small and medium enterprises,
- Finance Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Commission of the European Communities in respect to the horizontal program on nuclear safety and radiation protection within the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance in 2008,
- Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Serbia on reviews and amendments to the Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia and Montenegro on legal aid in civil and criminal matters,
- Cassette Ammunition Ban Convention- Oslo, December 3, 2008.
