At today’s Session BiH Presidency brought Decision on Accepting the first Amendment to the Agreement with regards to the Credit Agreement for financing the Project of Equipment and Services delivery for the two hospitals in Sarajevo, between Bosnia and Herzegovina, represented by the Ministry of Finances and Treasury (“Borrower”) and the Unicredit Bank Austria AG, in the ammount of 3.299.012,00 euro, as well as Decision to accept the Financial Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the European Investment Bank- Corridor 5c Phase II, with the approved amount of 166 Million euro.
Presidency accepted the Agreement on IPA grants EC, in the amount of 5.199.142,00 Euro, ( Second Project on managing solid waste Mostar and Banja Luka) between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the International Bank for Development in the role of Administrator of the European Commission for the EU pare-Accession instrument Trust Fund. Presidency also accepted Amendment 1 to the Agreement on Financing between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the European Investment Bank, concluded on 26 March 2007 in Sarajevo, Road Rehabilitation in Federation of BiH, in the amount of 50 Million Euro
Decision was brought on accepting the Agreement on Grants, in the amount of 5.275.163,00 Euro, (the Project of river Sava waterways rehabilitation) between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the International Bank for reconstruction and Development in the role of the European Commission Pre-Accession Instrument of the EU Trust Fund. The Financial Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the European Commission with regards to the National Program 2011 in the frame of IPA as well as the Financial Agreement (Watering Development Project) between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the International Development Association in the amount of 40 Million Euro were accepted.
BiH Presidency accepted the Agreement on Loan (Additional Financing for the Project of facilitating the access to financing to small and medium enterprises), between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, in the amount of 90.100.000,00 Euro,
At today’s Session of Presidency the Report on the Budget execution of BiH Institutions and International obligations of BiH for the year of 2011 was accepted,
BiH Presidency acapted the Invitation by the Council of Europe Secretary General Thorbjřrn Jagland to BiH Presidency Chairman to attend the meeting to be held in Tirana, 8-9 November 2012, on the topic of “Living together - Combining diversity and freedom in 21st-century Europe”.
Decision was brought on approaching the Wassenaar Arrangement on Export Controls for Conventional Arms and Dual-Use Goods and Technologies.
Decision was brought on negotiating procedures for the purpose of concluding the Agreement on development co-operation between BiH Council of Ministers and the Government of the Republic of Slovakia, as well as the Agreement between BiH Council of Ministers and the Kingdom of Sweden to allow, on the reciprocity basis, paid employment for the members of families and households of members of diplomatic missions, consular offices or international.
Decision was brought on negotiating procedures for the purpose of concluding the Memorandum of Understanding between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Slovenia on Co-operation in the field of Tourism, Memorandum of Understanding between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran on Development Aid, Agreement between BiH Council of Ministers and the Government of UAE on military co-operation, Memorandum of Understanding between BiH Council of Ministers and the Government of the Republic of Italy on Defense Co-operation, Memorandum of Understanding between BiH Council of Ministers and the Government of the Republic of Poland on Military Co-operation,
Memorandum of Understanding between BiH Council of Ministers and the Supreme Command of the Allie Forces or Europe and the General Headquarter of the Allie Command or Transformation related to regulations for support giving to the states hosts of NATO operations and exercises.
Information on BiH MoD and Armed Forces Representatives participation in Bilateral-Defense consultations in the USA, Washington, 10-15 June 2012 was accepted.
Decision was brought on agreements acceptation and signatory designation for the following:
- Agreement on Science Co-operation between BiH Council of Ministers and the Government of the Republic of Turkey, Protocol between BiH Council of Ministers and the Government of the Republic of France on implementation of the Agreement between the EU and Bosnia and Herzegovina on readmission of persons residing without permit (Protocol), Protocol between Bosnia and Herzegovina and BENELUX countries (the Kingdom of Belgium, the Grand Duchy of Luxemburg, the Kingdom o Holland) on implementation of the Agreement between the EU and Bosnia and Herzegovina Council of Ministers on readmission of persons residing without permit (Implementation Protocol).
Decision was brought on signatory substitution for the Security Agreement between BiH Council of Ministers and the Kingdom of Norway as well as the pardon on to convicted persons.
Decision was brought on BiH Accession to the European Council Convention on prevention and fight against violence on women and domestic violence.
BiH Presidency at today’s Session brought decision on the Engagement of BiH Armed Forces Resources to provide assistance to the civil bodies in reaction to natural and other disasters – fires in Konjic vicinity.
