Mr. President Francis, Mr. Secretary General, Excellencies, Ladies and gentlemen! Building on the theme of this year's Session of the United Nations General Assembly, which is the ‘Rebuilding trust and Reigniting Global Solidarity: Accelerating action on the 2030 Agenda and its Sustainable Development Goals towards peace, prosperity, progress and sustainability for all’, at this important place, allow me to talk about important elements from the point of view of a small, yet proud, state of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Respected! It is always a pleasure to be here in Belgrade, especially when the occasion is as significant and beautiful as the one tonight. It is a great honour for me to attend the ceremonial opening of the traditional event "Days of Srpska in Serbia", which our representative office in the Serbian capital has organised for the 11th time. As every year, it will be a great opportunity to promote Republika Srpska, as well as its economic, cultural, natural, tourist and all other potentials. It will be an opportunity for Republika Srpska to present itself in the best light in 11 cities across fraternal Serbia.
Distinguished Excellencies, Dear colleagues and friends, It is a great honor and privilege to be in Budapest today at the 5th Demographic Summit. At the very beginning, I want to thank her excellency President Katalin Novak for the invitation, as well as for the opportunity to address this important gathering. I also congratulate you on a successful organization, as well as on your commitment to this important topic, on which the future of our peoples, countries, and the whole of Europe most directly depends.
On the occasion of 30 years since the establishment of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), the 5th international conference titled "30 years of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia - Legacy and Challenges "started in Sarajevo, organized by the Movement Association "Mothers of Srebrenica and Žepa Enclaves ", and Association of Genocide Victims and Witnesses.
Dear colleagues, Ladies and gentlemen! I thank you for the invitation to participate in this forum. I especially thank the President of North Macedonia, Stevo Pendarovski, for the warm welcome here in Skopje. The Brdo - Brijuni process is an important platform for the improvement of regional cooperation and dialogue, but also for the promotion of European values and perspectives.
Distinguished Excellencies, Dear colleagues and friends, Let me first congratulate the hosts for the excellent organization of this prestigious gathering and express my deepest gratitude for the opportunity to briefly address you on the topic of “The Western Balkans in Regional and European Integration.”
Dear All! We have gathered today to remember all those who died and went missing in the Patriotic War. To those to whom we owe eternal gratitude for the freedom they won together with their comrades. For their sake, as well as for our own sake, we are obliged to defend this freedom in peace and leave it to future generations. The freedom I am talking about is called Republika Srpska.
"President Zelensky, distinguished excellencies, dear friends! As the chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, it is my honour to participate in the Third Summit of the Crimean Platform and send from this place a clear and unambiguous message of support to the Ukrainian people in the fight to preserve the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, which, of course, includes Crimea. Crimea is Ukraine!
"President Zelenskyy, your excellencies, proud citizens of Ukraine! It is my honour to address you today, on the occasion of the Independence Day of Ukraine. On this day, 32 years ago, the free citizens of Ukraine restored their independence. The fate of Ukraine finally belonged to its people.
At the ceremony marking the Day of the City of Cazin, BiH Presidency Member Denis Bećirović, said that Bosnia and Herzegovina is under attack by nine dangerous strategies of lies and manipulation.
