The Rules of Procedure of the BIH Presidency (the Official Gazette # 25/1, dated October 12, 2001), Article 14 is amended and shall read as follows:
Article 1.
The Rules of Procedure of the BIH Presidency (the Official Gazette # 25/1, dated October 12, 2001), Article 14 is amended and shall read as follows:
- The Secretariat shall consist of the three Offices, Public Relations Office, and the departments as stipulated in the act of the Secretariat internal organization.
- The three Offices are:
a) Office of the Secretary General
b) Office of the Secretary of Organizational and Financial Affairs
c) Office of the Secretary of Legal Affairs
The Secretary of Organizational and Financial Affairs and the Secretary of Legal Affairs shall by the nature of their posts be Deputies to the Secretary General.
The Presidency, based on the proposal by the Secretary General, adopts Rules of Internal Organization and Restructuring of Posts, addressing all issues that may not been regulated by the Rules of Procedure.
Article 2.
The Article 17, item 2, is amended and shall read:
The Presidency shall appoint the Secretary General, the Secretary of Organizational and Financial Affairs and the Secretary of Legal Affairs.
Article 3.
The Article 31, item 2 is amended and shall read:
Following the Presidency sessions, the Public Affairs Office shall organize press conferences unless directed otherwise by the Presidency.
Article 4.
The Article 32, item 2, is amended and shall read:
The Secretaries and Chief Public Relations Office shall attend the sessions unless decided otherwise by the Presidency. Other staff members shall attend if necessary as decided by the Presidency.
Article 5.
The Article 58 is amended and shall read:
The Presidency shall attempt to reach a consensus on the decision to appoint the Secretary General, the Secretary of Organizational and Financial Affairs and the Secretary of Legal Affairs.
Article 6.
These amendments on the Rules of Procedure of the BIH Presidency shall become effective on the day they are published in the BIH Official Gazette.
