Member of the BiH Presidency Dr Denis Bećirović spoke with representatives of the Office for Coordination of Bosniak National Councils, who arrived in Sarajevo from Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia, the United States of America and Canada.

During the meeting, Dr Bećirović pointed out that the meeting of Bosniak
councils in Sarajevo is an important and concrete step in the process of
connecting them with each other and establishing solid cooperation with civil
society organizations in the homeland. Dr Bećirović informed the guests that
the Global Network of Bosnia and Herzegovina Diaspora started operating within
his cabinet, with the aim of connecting the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina abroad.
The guests informed Bećirović that, in the coming days, they will
consider important issues about the status of Bosniaks in the countries where
they currently reside. The adoption of strategic documents and emblems of the
Bosniak people is also planned, and closer connection and cooperation with the
motherland will be considered.
