At its 17th Urgent Session held on 5 January 2012 and chaired by Željko Komšić, the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, brought the following, unanimous 

DECISION

 ON NAMING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS

OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

By unanimous Decision of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, VJEKOSLAV BEVANDA was named the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH.

The Decision is to be submitted to the Commission for the preparation procedures for the appointment of BiH Council of Ministers of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH for further procedure.

The Decision enters into force upon its adoption.
