The 67th regular session of the Presidency of B-H

 During the 67th regular session of the Presidency of Bosnia-Herzegovina, held on January 25th 2005 in Sarajevo, following decisions and resolutions were made: 

The Presidency has reached the Decision on giving agrement to the ambassador of Republic of Italy in Bosnia-Herzegovina Alessandro Faliavollito. 

The Presidency has reached the Decision on Bosnia-Herzegovina’s joining to the International organization for migrations as an equal member, and has given the authority for signing the application to the Minister of foreign affairs of Bosnia-Herzegovina. 

The Presidency has reached the Decision on accepting the Agreement of legal assistance in civil and criminal matters between Bosnia-Herzegovina and Serbia and Montenegro and has given the authority for signing this agreement to the B-H Minister of justice. 

The Presidency has reached the Decision on accepting the Mutual Agreement on carrying out court decisions in criminal matters and has given the authority for signing this agreement to the B-H Minister of justice. 

The Presidency has reached the Decision to start the procedure for negotiations in course of signing the Agreement on legal assistance in civil and economic matters between Bosnia-Herzegovina and Republic of Turkey. 

The Presidency has reached the Decision that Bosnia-Herzegovina should join the European Foundation for support, co-production and distribution of creative films and audio-visual works – Eurimages – and has appointed professor Dr Nikola Kovac to the Administrative committee of the Foundation. 

The Presidency has reached the Decision to accept the Agreement on international highway transportation of passengers and goods between the B-H Council of Ministers and the Government of Republic of Greece, and has given the authority for signing this agreement to the B-H Minister of transportation and communications. 

The Presidency has reached the Decision to ratify the Agreement on establishing the framework program for financial cooperation between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia-Herzegovina and the Government of Republic of Hungary. 

The Presidency has reached the Decision to ratify: the Agreement on financing and guarantee between the B-H Council of Ministers as a guarantor; the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina Government as a sub-guarantor, and the JKP Vodovod and kanalizacija Tuzla as a borrower, and the Hungarian Export-Import Bank LTD as a bank. 

The Presidency has awarded Gerharh Jandl, the Ambassador of Republic of Austria a plaque for all contribution in developing friendly relations and cooperation between two countries. 

The Presidency has reached the Decision to accept the Credit Agreement between Bosnia-Herzegovina and ORES Fund – The Regional road development program in Bosnia-Herzegovina (Sarajevo roundabout) and has given the authority for signing this agreement to the Minister of finance of B-H. 

The Presidency has accepted the patronage for celebrating the 60th anniversary of victory over fascism. 

The Presidency has reached the Decision to appoint the Committee for marking the place and making a commemorative service, a year after the death of the President of Republic of Macedonia Boris Trajkovski. The Committee will make sure that the place of Republic of Macedonia delegation’s death becomes marked and to organize a commemorative service on February 25th 2005, in cooperation with the Council of Ministers of B-H, entities’, cantonal and local bodies of authority. Borislav Paravac the Chairman of the Presidency of B-H; Dragan Covic the Member of the Presidency of B-H; Sulejman Tihic the Member of the Presidency of B-H; Adnan Terzic the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of B-H; Mladen Ivanic the B-H Minister of foreign affairs; Branko Dokic the Minister of transportation and communications of B-H; Ljubo Beslic the Mayor of Mostar; Miroslav Coric the President of Government of Hercegovacko-Neretvanski canton; Djordje Ratkovica the Director of the Office for civil air-traffic of B-H; Stjepan Boskovic the Head of Stolac Municipality; and Ranko Ninkovic the Presidency of B-H Chief Secretary, have been appointed to the Committee:
